Montreal's new anti-corruption squad

new nadeau.jpgMayor Michael Applebaum has announced a new anti-corruption squad to investigate every contract and service funded by City Hall. Three million dollars are being budgeted to create L'Escouade de protection de l'integrité municipale. Daybreak spoke to Michel Nadeau about it. He's the executive director at the Institute for Governance.
