Retail giants taking government to court
Some of the biggest global retail chains in Quebec are taking the provincial government to court. They are disputing the interpretation of Bill 101 by the Office Quebecois de la Langue Francaise. The group says Walmart, Best Buy, Old Navy, Gap, Guess and Costco are not complying with the language legislation.
