Libyan Montrealers on the state of their country

The Prime Minister has been in Paris where he met the head of Libya's Transitional National Council. Stephen Harper announed the lifting of sanctions imposed against Libya, he's allowing Canadian companies once again to do business with Libya, and he's beginning to free up funds for the new Libyan government. We spoke to two Libyan Montrealers about their thoughts on the transition of power in their country.
