Psychologist Gilles Chamberland on the verdict in the Guy Turcotte case
Former cardiologist Guy Turcotte admist he stabbed his two children to death. But a jury has ruled he was not criminally responsible for their deaths. The verdict has shocked many, and provoked a raw, emotional reaction. We spoke to Dr. Gilles Chamberland, a psychiatrist at Sacre Coeur Hospital who used to work at the Pinel Institiute. He gives perspective and answers many of the questions that have sprung up following the decision.
