Getting exercised

There's some new opposition to Westmount's big plans for a new arena and pool complex in Westmount Park. The $37 million dollar porject would include two underground NHL size ice rinks, an underground parking lot, tennis courts and an outdoor swimming pool. Patrick Barnard is opposed to the project is piloting an online petition. He lives across the street from the park.
