Terrasses time out

The last couple of days you can just about imagine being out on a terrasse, enjoying a drink, late at night. But a new set of restrictions is about to be voted in to limit the hours on some of them, for some occasions in some places. The Plateau-Mont Royal Borough will vote on a resolution in May to close outdoor terrasses at 1am.
