Canada's new budget. It plots a course out of red ink, even if some analysts say an overly optimistic one. There are no tax increases, no new tax cuts, though corporation tax does go down as announced before. The budget needs one opposition party to support it -- Finance Minister Jim Flaherty says he'll accept no admendments. The Bloc and the Liberals have rejected it. And the party that seemed the last hope for budget support, the NDP, says it's not enough. We spoke to NDP MP Thomas Mulcair and Conservative MP Steven Blaney.
