Midwife problems

If you're a pregnant woman in Montreal, you know just how hard it can be to find an OB GYN or a midwife. So this may surprise you. One university program in Quebec trains midwifes, it's at the Université de Québec in Trois-Rivières. Only twenty students are admitted each year. They say they can't find anyone to give them a job.
