Arbour on Egypt
Louise Arbour was Chief Prosecutor of the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda, and for the former Yugoslavia. She was UN High Commissioner for Human Rights. She was also justice on the supreme court of canada. Currently she's president and chief exectuive officer of the International Crisis Group, a body of global experts that advises governments on how to handle crises. One of her trustees at the ICG is Mohammed el Baradei, the Egyptian Opposition Leader who is now the figurehead and chief porte-parole for the protesters on the streets of Egypt.
