Coast is not clear
The future of the West African nation of Ivory Coast remains uncertain with two presidents sworn in since last month's election. Prime Minister Stephen Harper, the US, the EU and most African nations have congratulated Allasane Ouattara on his victory, but the outgoing president Laurent Gbagbo refuses to step aside and retains control over several key levers of government. Here in Montreal, the 10 thousand strong Ivorian community is looking on nervously -- it's not been that long since the country's civil war ended. Estelle Obeo lives in Villeray.
