Passing Bill 103

crtc-cp-4970756.jpgThe Charest government is invoking "closure" in order to force the passage of controversial language legislation. Bill 103 must pass today to comply with a deadline from the Supreme Court of Canada. The law will impose new limits on who is allowed to enroll in Quebec's English public school system.

Daybreak spoke to the minister responsible for the French language charter, Christine St-Pierre, and the head of the Quebec English School Boards Association.
