An end to taxi tiffs

It happens often enough in Montreal: one taxi driver poaches another driver's fare and hostilities ensue. It happened to Montrealer Gabrielle Gauvin, who filed a complaint with the taxi company, Diamond. Daybreak speaks to the company's call centre manager, who says those complaints will soon be a thing of the past, thanks to new technology and a move away from dispatching over the air.
