New highway signs for an aging population
Le Devoir newspaper is reporting Quebec's ministry of transportation will spend 700-hundred million dollars to revamp the province's highway signs. The project involves replacing 40-thousand signs a year for 10 years. Part of the impetus of the project is to make signs more easily visible for an aging population.
Rock Legault is the president of Signotech, a company that manufactures and installs traffic signs. His company will carry out some of the work.
