Formula 1 preparations
The Grand Prix is back in Montreal.
The Formula One race is this weekend and tourists are already arriving in town for all the pre-race build up.
The race was not held in the city last year and many people lobbied to get it back
Daybreak contacted a few Hotels to see if people are streaming back to the City.
The Fairmont Queen Elizabeth is booked solid for the weekend.
The Hilton Bonventure has five rooms left.. due to some some last minute cancellations
And rooms at the Opus and Sheraton downtown are going fast, according to the reservation desks.
We spoke to Bernard Raguenaud is the owner of Thursday's Bar and the l'Hôtel de la Montagne.
He's also the president of the Crescent Street Merchant's Association .
