Cegeps and Bill 101

Le Parti Québecois wants to apply Bill 101 school eligibility rules to Cegeps. This morning,  Daybreak studio live our two people with opposing views. Alexandre Pagé-Chassé is a recent graduate of UQAM in business administration and he supports the PQ's Cegep policy. Leo Fugazza is a francophone but chose to go to CEGEP in English at Dawson College.
