Language and the STM

Thursday on the show we talked about Michael Dunning, a Vaudreuil- Dorion man who says a Société de transport de Montréal (STM) employee refused to serve him in English and mocked him. Just a few weeks ago, Montreal Impact player Migel Montano tweeted that an STM employee refused to sell him a ticket because he didn't speak French. Shawn Apel spoke to STM spokesperson Marianne Rouette this morning about the transit agency's language policy.
