Dividing a dictatorship's assets

A Radio-Canada investigation has learned that the Canadian government intends to keep as much as half of the assets it seized from former members of the Tunisian regime with business interests here. Daybreak speaks to two Tunisian-Montrealers, who say they're outraged.
