Local documentary filmmakers in conflict with the Canada Council

Some people in Montreal's film community are crying foul at the way they say they are being treated by the Canada Council for the Arts.
They say the Council is witholding grant payments and threatenign to ban them from the program. Erik Cimon and Yanick Letourneau are case in point for their film Montreal Punk.
