Batshaw youth services on not protecting Shafia girls
Instead of the guilty in the Shafia case, we focus on the innocent -- three young women, their lives ended: Zainab at 19, Sahar at 17 and Geeti at just 13. They were known to Montreal's Youth Protection Services prior to their mother, father and elder brother murdering them. We spoke with Madeleine Bedard, the director of youth protection for Batshaw Youth and Family Centres.
