Who's guarding the guard dog?

Two Saturdays ago Maxime Deblois was walking his big, brown 100-pound Doberman, Cesar, on Ste-Catherine street with his girlfriend. They passed a store and decided to get a few things. So they tied up Cesar for a few minutes. When they came back, they see people milling about -- but Cesar was gone. Shawn Apel brings us the story.
