Rozon's vision for an all-night fun zone in Montreal

Gilbert Rozon, head of Montreal's Just for Laughs festival, has an idea to boost Montreal tourism:  make our city THE destination for nightlife by allowing bars, restaurants and clubs in from Papineau to Guy to stay open until 6 a.m. year-round.
