G20 protestors in court

Protesters who travelled from Montreal to the G-20 summit in Toronto earlier this summer are back in Toronto this morning.

They're among more than 300 people who have been charged following the dust up outside the summit.

It is one of the largest group court appearences ever in Toronto.

Maryse Poisson is one of the Montrealers who was charged during the G20 summit.

She is charged with conspiracy to commit an indictable offence. We also spoke with

Pascal Lescarbeau. He is a lawyer representing over thirty activists from Quebec who were arrested in Toronto. (photo: Priya Sankaran/CBC)
