Tuesday marked the first time Prime Minister Harper was on hand during Question Period to address mounting questions around the Senate expense scandal. The Prime Minister's former chief of staff, Nigel Wright, gave Senator Mike Duffy a $90-thousand personal check to bail out the Senator's erroneous expense claims.
