Parliament resumed session this week after a long summer full of heat and noise. And now it's September, and things should be cool and fresh. But that's not how it turned out!
First on the agenda: the divisive long gun registry. Well the rhetoric got even hotter. This is important, it's the nation's business and Canadians need to make their points. But civil discourse and reasoned debate are simply no longer options!
What can you do in such a hot house atmosphere to restore the exchange of ideas? Here's how we handled it. We opened the Day 6 virtual boxing gym and sent three pugilistic pundits in to the ring to slug it out.
Listen in as three Canadian bloggers land punches so hard the sweat sprays from coast to coast.

And now: what do you think? Which blogger connected? Who got the KO? Who threw the wildest punches? And what was up with the referee? Weigh in on the issues that our boxing bloggers took into the ring. Post a comment below and get the next round started!
