Ron James offers Stephen Harper some prorogation vacation tips


Fall is upon us!  Labour Day has come and gone, the kids are back in school, you'll probably start hearing Christmas Carols at the mall by next week. But a prorogued Parliament means that's it's still summer vacation for many in Ottawa, including Prime Minister Harper. Day 6 asked comedian Ron James to offer some suggestions on how the PM should spend his 'prorogation vacation'.
