A million Brazilians demonstrated across the country this week in response to a transit fee hike. It was the last straw for citizens, who believe their government is spending more money on stadiums and sports venues for the 2014 World Cup and 2016 Olympic Games than they are on basic social services like health care and education. Olivia Crellin was in Rio de Janeiro when the protests first broke out. She brings us four snapshots of how people are reacting to the protests in that country.
