Zach Braff, "Wish I Was Here" and Kickstarter crowdfunding

After writing a new movie script with his brother, Zach Braff worried he'd have to surrender too much creative control if he financed the film through Hollywood investors. Instead, he asked fans to fund the movie using crowdfunding website Kickstarter. Braff's campaign earned $2 million in only four days. But some people think celebrities shouldn't use Kickstarter to fund their work. We asked Braff about why he embraces crowdfunding. You can check out his Kickstarter campaign here.
