Pop poetry with Spring Breakers director Harmony Korine

Spring Breakers opened in theatres this weekend. It tells the story of four bored college girls who steal some money and travel to Florida to indulge in the annual American ritual of Spring Break. They spend the rest of the movie getting wasted, shooting guns, and traipsing around in tiny neon bikinis. This is the latest film from Harmony Korine. His movies don't typically get mainstream attention. But this film stars former Disney Princesses, Selena Gomez and Vanessa Hudgens as well as James Franco.
