Across the country this week, schools celebrated the annual anti-bullying Pink Shirt Day. Meanwhile, in Ottawa, a Justice Committee heard support for an anti-cyberbullying bill. What was once dismissed as a sad but inevitable part of childhood is now seen as a serious social problem.
