Why are chefs banning customers from photographing the food?

Last week the New York Times reported on how some chefs and restaurants have restricted, or outright banned customers from photographing the food. They say the trend is out of control, and disruptive of the atmosphere. Moe Issa, owner of the Brooklyn-based Chef's Table at Brooklyn Fare, has banned the "foodstagramming" practice. He joins Montreal Gazette restaurant critic  Lesley Chesterman to debate the issue.
