Back in March we spoke with former Manitoba First Nations leader Terry Nelson about his attempts to establish ties with Iranian leaders and diplomats. Nelson has himself now visited Iran and appeared on television there comparing native reserves in Canada to

On March 12th, a delegation of First Nations leaders led by former
Roseau River Anishinabe Chief Terry Nelson visited the Iranian embassy
in Ottawa, where they presented plans to create a relationship between
First Nations and Iran. Brent spoke to Terry Nelson about their visit.
