Jeffrey Delisle, Huawei - Does Canada Have A Spy Problem?

Sub Lt. Jeffrey Delisle pleaded guilty to spy charges this week.  He's been sneaking information out of a secure military building since 2007, and selling it to Russian agents.  Meanwhile, Canada is being warned about doing business with chinese telecom Huawei.  There's suspicion the Chinese government could use the company to spy.  A handful of other espionage related stories have made Canadian headlines these past couple of years.  Does Canada have a spy problem?  Ray Boisvert is a former CSIS assistant director and is now CEO of I-SEC Integrated Strategies.  He fills us in.
