Quebecers go to the polls on Tuesday. And despite 20 registered parties, many voters still complain there's no-one on the ballot they can support. Well, a new party in Quebec, with no hope of winning, wants to see itself voted out of existence, by giving voters a legitimate way to vote for nobody. Mathieu Marcil is the Parti Nul candidate for Outremont, Québec.
