The Parti Nul may not be too worried about winning in Quebec -- but then again, neither was Jón Gnarr, when he ran for mayor of Reykjavik, Iceland. Mr. Gnarr is one of Iceland's most famous comedians. And despite campaigning on a joke platform that offered a "drug-free parliament by 2020", and a solemn promise to break all his campaign promises -- he won the 2010 municipal election. We reached Mayor Gnarr in his office in Reykjavik.
