Writer Jonah Lehrer resigned from the New Yorker this week, after admitting had he not only re-used his own writing (or self-plagiarized), but he made up Bob Dylan quotes in his best-selling book, Imagine. An example: "Stop asking me to explain". The irony, of course, is that Dylan's been "not explaining himself" for about 50 years now. With that in mind, here's Day 6 contributor Mike Balazo with another ten absolutely pointless phony quotes. Share yours on Twitter using the hashtag #pointlessfabrications.
