Pediatricians Taking a Stand for Vaccinations


Vaccine-1.jpgThis week, The Toronto Star reported on a pattern developing among Ontario doctors.

Some pediatricians are refusing to treat children who have not been vaccinated. 

Children are required to get a slew of shots to protect against diseases like measles and polio, but some parents refuse to inoculate their kids.
We speak with Dr. Hirotaka Yamashiro, the President of the Pediatric Alliance of Ontario and a chair of the Ontario Medical Association. .
