Early in the morning of November 4th, Migmer Tsering walked up to the Chinese embassy in New Delhi and set himself on fire. His legs were badly burned, but Migmer survived.
There's been a rash of Tibetan self-immolations in the past year, at least three in the last week alone.
All of these Tibetans are protesting China's rule over their homeland.
