This week on Day 6: David Eagleman on Neuroscience & The Law

The Conservatives introduced their omnibus crime bill today, which includes stiffer mandatory sentencing for some crimes. This weekend on Day 6, we talk to neuroscientist Dr. David Eagleman, author of the new book, Incognito.  He thinks new developments in our understanding of the brain should radically reshape the way we approach crime and punishment. Check out his Atlantic article on the topic, or check out this talk at the Royal Society for The Arts.
