It's been almost two months since Hosni Mubarak left power, and the crime rate has shot up by 200-percent. Regular Egyptians face soccer riots, street violence and triple-parked cars while police make themselves scarce. Are these just growing pains as Egypt reinvents itself - or is the situation out of hand? Brent spoke to Hemza Hendawi, the Cairo Bureau Chief for the Associated Press.
