Fukushima: What went wrong?

All eyes are on the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant in Japan, where the earthquake has led to problems cooling the plant, reports of high radiation levels around the plant, and the expanded evacuation of the area. On Friday, Brent spoke to Mark Hibbs, a senior associate in Nuclear Policy with the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace.
