It will take years to fully understand the environmental impact of the BP oil spill - but the human cost is being tallied up and payed out right now. BP has put up $20-billion to compensate the people who have been hurt by the spill. The man in charge of that money is lawyer Kenneth Feinberg - also known as "compensation tsar." Feinberg was also in charge of making payments to the families affected by 9/11 and the Virginia Tech shootings. He's also the author of the book, What Is Life Worth? Right now - his job is to divide up that $20-billion, and to do it fairly and to do it fast.
