Haiti blog.jpgIt's been a bad week in a terrible year for Haiti. The cholera outbreak has killed at least 11-hundred people. Somewhere around 18-thousand or more are infected, and it's still spreading across the country. So why was nobody vaccinated? Is it too late to innoculate in Haiti?
