Canadian-born actress Brooke Nevin is well recognized in the entertainment industry for her performances on both the big and small screens. Her many TV appearances include performances in USAʼs sci-fi hit The 4400, the CBS comedy series Worst Week, How I Met Your Mother, Greyʼs Anatomy and NCIS. Recently, Brooke starred in the A&E cop drama Breakout Kings as ʻJulianne Simms,ʼ a tech whiz with Social Anxiety Disorder.

Nevinʼs comedic antics as Sonja on Call Me Fitz have earned the actress a Gemini nod and two Golden Nymph noms at the Monte Carlo Television Festival. She honed her comedic timing with Improv and Sketch shows on the Second City Stage in both Toronto and Los Angeles. Nevinʼs flair for funny has brought her to the big screen starring alongside David Koechner and Melora Hardin in the Fox Atomic sports spoof The Comebacks as well as the Daytime Emmy nominated web series Imaginary Bitches. Currently, she stars in the subversive superhero comedy Alter Egos from director Jordan Galland and Phase 4 Entertainment, which had its world premiere at the Fantasia Film Festival in Montreal.

As for indie cred, Nevinʼs work can be seen in the critically acclaimed independent feature Archieʼs Final Project aka My Suicide – the film has won over 20 International awards for Best Picture on the festival circuit including the Crystal Bear at Berlinale (2009), multiple wins at the Giffoni Festival in Italy and Grand Jury Prizes from GenArt in NYC and the Seattle International Film Festival.

More recently she completed Jerry Bruckheimerʼs pilot Trooper for TNT with Mira Sorvino. Nevin can currently be seen in a recurring role as the daughter of Ted Dansonʼs character D.B. Russell on CSI and in a recurring arc as trouble maker ʻTara Littleʼ on the NBC hit Chicago Fire.
