There are two important things you can do to help keep your favourite competitor safe from elimination. Here's how:

2. BUILD BUZZ
Voting and online buzz will combine to determine which competitor will be safe from elimination on Sunday nights.
The judges will choose who gets eliminated, but you can give Immunity to one band!
How Can I Vote?
Canadians can vote online (on the Cover Me Canada app) from 7pm ET Sundays to 11:59pm ET Fridays for the duration of the series.
During voting hours, you can vote through the Cover Me Canada app. You'll have to login with your Facebook account, but it's super simple (read our Step By Step Guide to Voting). If you don't have a Facebook account, you won't be able to cast votes; but you CAN support your favourite performers by watching their Cover Me Canada YouTube videos and giving them shout outs on Twitter (using their official Twitter handles).
How Can I Build Online Buzz?
The most-buzzed competitors will rank higher on our Cover Me Canada Chart and have a better chance of being safe from elimination. Think of it as an "online trending" chart.
Visit the Cover Me Canada app, and it will follow your CMC activity on Facebook and Twitter. For example, if you share a performance video or tweet about your favourite competitor, you'll help build their Social Score.
Visit the Cover Me Canada app and cast a vote (or 5!) for your favourite competitor. Follow their Fanpage feeds and be sure to interact with them!
Use your favourite competitor's Twitter handle to @reply, talk about and retweet. The more followers they gain and the busier their feed is, the better! The more their Twitter handle is used, the better shot they have of being safe from elimination. (Get your own bonus points and possibly extra votes for using the hashtag #covermecanada.)

Watch your fave competitor's videos on the official Cover Me Canada account - or even better, within the Facebook app. (It's a one-stop shop!) The more views they have, the better. Also keep an eye out for videos posted by bands on their official Twitter and Facebook pages - views on those clips will count, too.
Be a Superfan!
Bonus: by using the app and supporting your favourite competitors, you'll earn your own "Fan Score". The top 10% of fans will be granted Superfan status and be eligible for more votes and rewards.
And remember: the more you use the app, the more votes you can earn!
What If I Don't Have Facebook?
You can still contribute! Watch your favourite competitor's Cover Me Canada videos on YouTube. The more views they have, the more it contributes to their Social Score! If you have Twitter, shout out to competitors using their official Twitter handles, or retweet them. (View our Cover Me Canada list here)
