Plant stands recalled due to potential marble-top detachment
- August 5, 2009 3:41 PM
- By Peter Hadzipetros
About 1,800 plant stands sold at Ross Stores are being recalled because the marble tops can detach and fall, causing injury or damage.
The plant stands have gray marble tops and black wrought iron bases. They were sold in three sizes: small (24 inches tall), medium (28 inches tall), and large (32 inches tall). They were sold between March and June of 2009 for between $15 and $27.
Consumers should immediately stop using the plant stands and return them to any Ross Store for a full refund.
