Knorr kosher soup mix recalled over undeclared egg ingredient

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency is recalling Knorr kosher soup mix – chicken vegetable flavur with pasta – because it contains egg not declared on the label.
The mix is packed in a 62-g (2.18-oz.) pouch. The UPC code is 4800170660 (located on the back of the pouch under the bar code). The soup mix was manufactured in Israel by Unilever Bestfoods Israel Ltd., and imported and distributed by a third party.
Customers are advised to throw out the mix and call 1-877-270-7412 for information on the recall and to request a full refund. In addition, a customer services representative is available between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 6 p.m. ET.
