CFIA warns of salmonella contamination in additional pistachio products

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency is warning consumers not to eat certain foods containing pistachios because the nuts have been recalled in the U.S. and Canada by Setton Pistachio of Terra Bella Inc., due to salmonella contamination.
The warning is part of an ongoing food safety investigation.
The following foods, manufactured in Canada, are affected by this alert:
Sally’s
Salted Pistachios

The following foods, manufactured in the U.S., are affected:
King Henry's
Jalapeno Pistachios
2.5 oz (71 g)

Date codes: 081010 to 081230 inclusive; and Best By Dates: 90609 to 120109 inclusive
These products may have been distributed in Ontario and Manitoba.
There have been no reported illnesses in Canada associated with these products.
