Monday, April 27, 2009 | 12:01 PM ET
The Canadian Food Inspection Agency is warning the public not to eat bulk pistachios bought at certain Sobeys stores in Atlantic Canada because they may be contaminated with salmonella.
They contain nuts recalled in the U.S. and Canada by Setton Pistachio of Terra Bella Inc., due to salmonella contamination.
The bulk pistachios were sold at Sobeys stores in Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island and Newfoundland and Labrador, up to and including April 13, 2009.
