AC adaptors have counterfeit UL mark

AC adaptors sold with mist makers under the brand name Spirit Halloween include a counterfeit Underwriters Laboratories Ltd. mark for the United States and Canada, indicating they have been evaluated for safety when they haven’t, Health Canada says.
The adapter packaging includes the words Spirit and Mist Maker, and the model number KA12A240120016U.
The model number, the counterfeit UL Mark, and the following information are on the adaptor label:
INPUT: 120V AC 60Hz 350mA
OUTPUT: 24V AC 1200mA
LEVEL 3
I.T.E POWER SUPPLY
E215890
80ZN
LISTED
MADE IN CHINA
No incidents have been reported.
Consumers should stop using the adaptor and return it to the retailer.
Some were sold through www.spirithalloween.com.
