- By Peter Hadzipetros
Hestia Global of Newmarket, Ont., has recalled 32 wooden baby rattles because the handle poses a choking hazard, Health Canada says.
The natural-coloured rattles, about eight centimetres long, have a circular head and long handle. They are marked item number 121 and product code Tftr-01.
The rattles were sold in British Columbia, Alberta, and Ontario from January 2008 to February 2009.
Consumers should take the rattle away from children and contact Hestia Global at 1-416-628-1523 for a refund.
There have been no reports of incidents related to the rattles.
